Quality System Management
The Laboratory aims to promote the internal process of continuous improvement of quality, performance, efficiency and organization.
Chemiservice’ Quality Policy includes the following objectives:
- to adapt the objectives to standard UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and comply with the provisions of ACCREDIA Accreditation Body;
- to comply with binding legislation;
- to increase staff involvement and awareness by motivating them and sharing with them each update of the system;
- to guarantee transparency in order to maintain and improve the level of service provided to the customer and provide him with personalised assistance;
- to guarantee the independence of judgement and the proper functioning of the Laboratory;
- to optimise and perfect the operational working methods in order to minimise the margin of error in the conduct of tests;
- to ensure that the results of the tests are impartial and reliable;
- to provide tests results within tight deadlines.
