Our microbiology lab provides analyses on products intended for human and animal consumption, water (drinking water, surface water, sewage, processing water, swimming and spa water) and surfaces of production environment. Our technical staff, expert and qualified, works pursuant to official and/or accredited methods.
- FOOD and WORK SURFACES: count of viable Bacillus cereus, Escherichia Coli, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella spp., yeasts and moulds, Enterobacteriaceae, microorganisms at 30° C, Staphylococci.
- WATER: intestinal Enterococci, of Escherichia coli and coliform bacteria, of Legionella spp., of viable microorganisms, detection of Salmonella spp.,
- COSMETICS: count of aerobic mesophilic bacteria, of yeasts and moulds, detection of Candida albicans, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus.
- FOOD and WORK SURFACES: Lactic Bacteria, Pseudomonas spp., Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio cholerae, sulphite- reducing Clostridiums and spores, Clostridium perfringens, Enterococci, Faecal Coliforms.
- WATER: faecal Coliforms, sulphite- reducing Clostridiums and spores, Clostridium perfringens, faecal Streptococci, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, coagulase positive Staphylococci.
- AIR: bacterial and fungal loads.
